If you’ve purchased items through our website, you can return them to us in good condition for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, you must contact us within the return period with the reason you’d like to send the item back. Products must be sent back within 30 days from the day you received the products. The original invoice or receipt information must be provided.

Any returned product must be in the same condition as when it was received, with the original container and packed with care. We can’t accept returns for any items which have been damaged, personalized, customized or modified. Please note that Prong will not cover return shipping costs, and the original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please wrap your items carefully, as we won’t be able to exchange or refund products damaged in transit. When shipping items back to Prong, we suggest using a mailing option which allows you to track the package and offers compensation for loss of or damage to your parcel. Prong will not be held responsible in case of lost parcel in return.

All refunds will be made to the source of original purchase. We reserve the right to impose a processing fee or refuse to accept a return which fails to comply with the foregoing instructions.


If you need to cancel an order for any reason, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped yet, we will cancel it and you’ll receive a full refund. If the product ends up shipping before it can be cancelled, you can return your qualifying order using the process above.
